Falta foco, falta vontade, e o esfor\u00e7o parece insuport\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O que est\u00e1 acontecendo em ambos os casos? <strong>Fadiga.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas a fisiologia mostra que nem toda fadiga \u00e9 igual.
