Essa campanha ganha cada vez mais espa\u00e7o com a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e a conduta dos profissionais da sa\u00fade prescrevendo o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico como terap\u00eautica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde 2010 o consumo final de medicamentos pelas fam\u00edlias (medicamentos comprados) superam em muito os gastos governamentais com medicamentos (Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade: SUS). No \u00faltimo levantamento do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibge.gov.br\/estatisticas\/sociais\/saude.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0c00ff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">IBGE (2019)<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>, os gastos familiares passaram dos R$100 milh\u00f5es, enquanto o governo contribuiu em torno de R$9 milh\u00f5es, indicando o uso e abuso de medicamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/fisiologiadoexercicio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/remedio-medicamento-pill-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"rem\u00e9dios em excesso fazem mal. Al\u00e9m disso, seu uso \u00e9 excessivo e, muitas vezes, desnecess\u00e1rio quando o estilo de vida saud\u00e1vel j\u00e1 seria o suficiente. Existe a falsa impress\u00e3o do medicamento curar a doen\u00e7a de maneira r\u00e1pida, quando na realidade, em grande parte dos casos, est\u00e1 somente reduzindo os sintomas. Existem centenas de evid\u00eancias contundentes na literatura cient\u00edfica mostrando que a inatividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 um problema de sa\u00fade p\u00fablica ao mesmo tempo que o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico serve como terap\u00eautica efetiva n\u00e3o-medicamentosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A inatividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 o quarto principal fator de risco para mortalidade (<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/handle\/10665\/44203\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f00fe\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade, 2009<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>). Em um levantamento de 2020, a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade (OMS) observou que aproximadamente 5 milh\u00f5es de mortes por ano poderiam ser evitadas com a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos. Vale lembrar que a inatividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 um dos principais motivos de gastos em sa\u00fade. Ou seja, o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico entra como &#8220;rem\u00e9dio&#8221; na preven\u00e7\u00e3o e tratamento das doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas. Em 2018, o &#8220;Physical Activity Guidelines Advisory Committee&#8221; divulgou um relat\u00f3rio cient\u00edfico, o &#8220;2018 Physical Activity Guidelines Advisory Committee Scientific Report&#8221;, no qual reuniu as principais evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas sobre os benef\u00edcios do exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico na sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental, esse relat\u00f3rio voc\u00ea pode acess\u00e1-lo <a href=\"https:\/\/health.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/2019-09\/PAG_Advisory_Committee_Report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0400ff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">aqui<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>. Outro estudo interessante, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7444006\/pdf\/10.1177_1559827620912192.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0d00ff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Thompson et al. O indiv\u00edduo estando apto a realizar, se for de seu gosto pessoal \u00e9 melhor ainda e, claro, bem prescrito e feito, resultar\u00e1 em uma constela\u00e7\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios \u00e0 sa\u00fade. Apesar de termos fatores gen\u00e9ticos, ambientais (intemp\u00e9ries da natureza) e, por vezes, m\u00e9dicos, de longe o fator mais importante \u00e9 o comportamental, \u00e9 o estilo de vida que ter\u00e1 maior peso para uma vida saud\u00e1vel e longeva.
